This document sets forth the General Terms governing the use of the lapurezarecords.com website owned by BARRULMUSIC S.L. (hereinafter, La Pureza Records), with fiscal identification number B44720464, and offices at C/ General Ricardos, 211, BAJO PUERTA B. 28025, Madrid (Spain). By visiting and/or browsing this website you become a user (hereinafter, the ‘User’)

1. Contractual information and documentation
These General Terms are permanently displayed on the lapurezarecords.com website, herein the Website, owned by La Pureza Records, which users can download and print.

Also, these General Terms are displayed in order to be expressly acknowledged by the user, by clicking on “I have read and accept the terms and conditions”, each time a specific request is made through the website.

It is not technically possible for the user to complete the request without acceptance of these General Terms.

Any modification of these General Terms will be clearly stated on the lapurezarecords.com website. All the documentation indicated above may be printed and filed by the user, and may be requested at any time to the Customer Service, via email to info@lapurezarecords.com.

Any request for information, or claim deemed relevant, must be submitted to the Customer Service as explained in the paragraph above. The User agrees to make a rightful use of the Website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will respond to La Pureza Records and third parties for any damage and/or loss that may be caused as a consequence of the unrightful use of the Website.

The User agrees to the use of the content provided on the Website in accordance with the applicable Laws and this Legal Notice. In particular, but not limited to, the User undertakes not to carry out any of the following actions:

The data provided by the user in accordance with these General Terms will be treated in the terms stipulated in the Privacy Policy published on the website.

6. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These general terms are governed by the Spanish Law. The Courts of Madrid will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or conflict which may arise in connection with these general terms. The contracting parties expressly waive their own jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction. 7. Miscellaneous
If any provision hereof was declared void, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with the parties’ intent and the actual purpose of these terms. This contract is celebrated only in Spanish. No failure to exercise any right or power hereunder shall constitute a waiver by La Pureza Records, unless expressly acknowledged by La Pureza Records.
